As a shared housing operator, home healthcare owner, business growth strategist, author, and consultant, Nicole Williams has dedicated her life to helping others realize their best selves. With a focus on accountability, Nicole's coaching style centers around unlocking the transformation that will lead to unlocking profits and unlocking freedom.
Nicole's real estate journey to success was not without it's pitfalls. She learned the hard way about blindly trusting individuals without having safeguards in place such as contracts. After experiencing an extremely tumultuous incident with a shady contractor, Nicole renewed her faith in God and reminded herself that she was God's child and she deserved to live in peace, blessings and abundance.
Nicole is committed to helping others overcome trials and tribulations and walking on purpose, in purpose.
A wife, a mother, a daughter, a big sister and a Tee-Tee, her tenacity, and fierce love and protection has made her a staple in her family. It is this exact love for her family that she applies to her students which drives her when she coaches about the importance of legacy and lineage.
Through social media, YouTube, virtual challenges, live speaking engagements and sponsoring vendor events, Nicole is raising awareness about the need for shared housing for veterans, seniors and adults with mental health issues as well as the financial opportunity that exists. Her philosophy is "when you know better, you do better".
